Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days from date of delivery. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if 7 days have gone by since you have received your item(s).

If you need to cancel or change an order please contact us immediately. Once we have begun processing your order, we will be unable to make any changes.  

To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

If you want to return your item(s), please contact us at support@paintbynumbersgoflow.com within the first 7 days of receiving your item(s).

 

Refunds (if applicable)

We will refund or replace your item(s) if they’re defective or damaged. If parts are missing please let us know immediately so we can send them out to you at our cost.

Please contact us by email with photo evidence of the damage or defect. We will notify you by email if your request has been approved or declined. We will not send your refund until we have received your original purchase at your own shipping cost. If your refund request is approved your refund (including original shipping only) will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days.

Steps to follow if you haven’t received your approved refund after 3 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@paintbynumbersgoflow.com

All items will be refunded at the price you paid for it.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace your item(s) if it's defective, damaged, have missing parts or if it’s not in its original condition when you received it. Please contact us by email with photo evidence of the damage or defect and the exchange item you would like at the same price of the original purchased item(s). We will notify you by email if your request for an exchange has been approved or declined. We will not send your exchanged item until we have received your original purchase at your own shipping cost.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary dependent  upon where you live. However, we will aim to get your product to you as soon as we can.

 

Shipping

You can return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your item(s). However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us.
